Craft Society x Basta Magazine Zine Workshop

Join Craft Society and Basta Magazine for a zine workshop! Basta will introduce their next issue’s theme, and artist Ares Maia will lead us through a workshop. Ares is a Brazilian Visual Artist and makes incredible zines, some of which are now part of the MET’s Permanent Collection.

Basta is a digital collage and magazine championing the voices of young creative individuals in New York City. Our mission is to serve as a dynamic platform where cutting-edge opinions intersect with bold artistic expressions.

Craft Society is a creative duo aiming to make art and craftwork accessible to young New Yorkers. We host weekly workshops for friends and strangers to come together and create.

This workshop will be hosted at Cherry on Top, and all materials are included in ticket purchase.
